Your satisfaction matters. If your order isn’t what you expected, we offer a 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee.

 

Returns

You may request a return within 30 days of delivery if the item is not what you expected.

Return conditions:

• Item must be returned in original condition (undamaged and unaltered)
• Buyer is responsible for return shipping
• Original shipping costs are non-refundable

Once the return is received and inspected, a refund will be issued to your original payment method.

 

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we’ll make it right.

Please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include:

• Your order number
• A brief description of the issue
• Clear photos of the damage or incorrect item

Once verified, we’ll arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
